The most advanced HiFIT tool

The HFM 21R1-S is the further development of the HFM 12P1, which has been used successfully around the world for more than 14 years.

The impact unit is decoupled even further from the housing. This means fewer vibrations in the handle and a smooth feel when guiding the tool along the weld. The handle is even more ergonomic, and an extra side handle is available across the hammering axis. The vibration on the handle is an excellent 3.9 m/s².

The pin can still be changed without tools, and detents prevent it from loosening unintentionally. The overall length has been shortened from 288 to 225 mm to reach tight details, and the HF 08-30 angle attachment fits this model too. The treatment intensity is set at the end of the hammering mechanism and can be read off a 10-step scale.

The HFM 12P1 is our standard HiFIT treatment tool. It is the predecessor of the HFM 21R1-S and has been used successfully worldwide for more than 14 years.

Reach the details that are hard to access

The HF 08-30 angle attachment is used together with a HiFIT device to treat welds in places that are difficult to access. It is compatible with all HiFIT devices.

Correct HiFIT treatment requires an angle of 70–90° to the base material, which is not always possible because of the design. The angle attachment solves this: it is angled at 30° and can easily be mounted in eight different positions on the HiFIT device.
